“I thought the training was excellent and I learnt a lot of things (dos and don’ts). I think Simon presented it very well and in an interactive manner. 2.5 hours works well and although is quite a bit of time away from our desks if busy, it was all valuable material covered and I wouldn’t want to see the training session shortened as I don’t think people would then get the full benefit of it. Overall I think it was excellent and I am keen to see it rolled out to more members of the firm.”
